Description
This section describes the activities of a government nature usually carried out by the public administration. It includes the promulgation and judicial interpretation of laws and their implementing provisions, as well as the administration of related programmes, legislative services, taxation, national defence, the maintenance of public order and security, immigration services, foreign affairs, and the administration of public programs. This section also includes compulsory social security services.
